One Call Property Services - English Speaking

Serviços prestados por One Call Property Services - English Speaking em Paços de Ferreira

38+ Years’ Experience – English‑Speaking Multi‑Skilled Tradesman, Based in Paços de Ferreira
Working across the Braga and Porto districts.

I am an experienced general builder and handyman offering a wide range of repair and maintenance services. My skills include kitchen and bathroom work, plasterboard installation, insulation, damp‑proofing, masonry and cement repairs, roof repairs, painting, decorating, and plumbing repairs (excluding gas or heating systems). I also provide property inspections for homeowners and landlords.

As I do not hold Portuguese construction qualifications only English, I carry out repairs, improvements, and maintenance only, not full installations. I speak English fluently and am currently learning Portuguese, using a translation app when needed to ensure smooth and clear communication with local clients.

Every project is completed with high‑quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.

Regras de contratação

If the planned work lasts only a few days, payment upon completion to your satisfaction is fine.
If it extends over weeks, then weekly payment is required once a week's work is done and you're happy with the progress so far.
I don’t ask for money upfront if the materials needed are not a large amount; I’m happy to collect and pay for them, then issue receipts on Friday.
For larger amounts, I can help you organize them so you can get them to the site.
Thanks Adam
