Problema percebido

We are now looking for a personal assistant and travel assistant who will be a bit of a "spider in the web" and also act as emotional support for our CEO who has CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), in everyday life in Southern Portugal and on trips. Examples of work tasks; Support our CEO on trips, driving, administer travel logistics, hotel bookings, health promotion activities, etc. Help with everyday chores. For example. grocery shopping, making phone calls, accompanying the CEO on daily walks, etc. Description of qualifications: Who are you ? We are looking for you who have previous work experience in service or working with people. Speaks fluent English. Driving license is a requirement. As a person, you are calm, empathetic, service-oriented, responsive, have initiative and are open to learning new things. It is a requirement that you are flexible in your location since this work involves being on the road/travelling/being away from home. Ideal fit: 30 years or older, no kids or kids grown up. Introverted personality with calm energy able to be independent and okay with being alone most of the day since the clients social capacity is limited. Empathic and compassionate. Able to live away from home for most months of the year since you will be working on the road or at the facility where the client stays.
