Candidates will enjoy a flexible job, perfect to combine with other projects. We call our photographers Homecheckers since verify apartments are in good conditions, plus take the audiovisual material (photos, take a video and an easy floorplan). What is to be a Homechecker? See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGdHxBkezoM Visits take around 1 hour and properties are located in the city centre. Requirements to become a Homechecker: - Photo skills - Have camera equipment and wide angle lens / or modern smartphone - Speak intermediate English and fluent Portuguese - Freelance/ self employment status - Flexible availability Pricing: around 55€ per apartment and could be visiting 10-20 apartments per month with flexibility. Pricing depends on the size of the apartments.
