Bon Dia! I'm Korean and I will be moving to Portugal next year by applying for a D1 or D2 residence visa at the Portuguese Embassy in Seoul. I'm buying a legal entity to do business in Portugal. I will be renting a house in Portugal for more than a year and will get a NIF. But I heard that I would not get a residency certificate right away. In this case, I want to take my car to Portugal. And I heard that if I take my car to Portugal for residency purposes, it is exempt from tax. My car ; Model: MINI Cooper SD 3Doors Date of car registration in Korea: 20 May 2016 Exact Engine Capacity: 1995cc CO2 emissions: 100g/km Fuel: Diesel Handle: Left hand drive It's been owned by me for more than six months. Once my visa is approved, I will send my car to Lisbon in time for my entry. When my car arrives in Lisbon, need someone to inspect it, register it, insure it Certificate of Conformity, DAV Form Submission, Payment of DUC, Payment of VAT and ISV Taxes, Car Inspection, Get your Portuguese Car Document, Register your in Portugal, Pay the Annual Car Tax (IUC), Acquire your new License Plate, etc. as be able to drive my car legally in Portugal What I want to know; 1. Can you help me register my car in Portugal? 2. Can I get a tax exemption in a case like this? 3. How much is agency fee and inspection costs, registration costs?
