The communication from Jose was excellent right from the start. If you are still learning to speak Portuguese don't worry because Jose and his father speak excellent English and some French. Jose was responsive to all of my questions and he gave me confidence that he fully understood my requirements and he gave me confidence that he would meet my expectations. He consulted me on the materials to use and he and his father arrived on time on day one with all that was required. They worked hard all day and Jose has excellent customer skills. Jose and his father are very polite and respectful. We are very happy with the standard of the work. They took great care to deliver a top quality job. The work was completed on day 2 in the early afternoon. I would hire Jose again and I have already asked him for an estimate for more work in the future.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re glad we were able to meet with your expectations.
