Terrace Repair & Waterproofing - Complete Floor Renovation Complete renovation and waterproofing of terrace floor due to water infiltration issues affecting neighboring unit below. Work includes: Removal of existing terrace tiles, assessment and repair of existing drainage system with replacement of damaged pipes due to infiltration originating from the terrace floor. Important Note: While the primary source of infiltration is from the terrace floor, there is a possibility that the neighboring unit below may also be experiencing water infiltration from their facade. However, any facade-related issues on the neighboring unit are NOT included in this project scope and must be assessed and addressed separately by the neighbor and/or building management. This project focuses solely on eliminating infiltration from the client's terrace floor. Application of light concrete waterproofing layer to create Precise floor leveling and slope correction to ensure optimal water extraction and drainage toward drainage pipes. Application of two-coat Premium waterproof adhesive (epoxy or polyurethane-based) membrane system for maximum moisture protection. Drainage System Repair: Assessment of existing sewer pipes all around the terrace Removal of damaged/compromised pipes all around the terrace Installation of new high-quality drainage pipes Proper slope for water extraction Terrace Walls Repair & Humidity Treatment - Complete Wall Renovation with Paint Finish Surface preparation and cleaning Fissure & Crack Treatment Complete repair and humidity treatment of all exterior walls along the apartment perimeter and terrace barrier due to moisture infiltration and water damage. Work includes opening and inspection of existing fissures and cracks in walls, Covered with joint compound or filler application of appropriate moisture-resistant coating with an and sealant to prevent water penetration and humidity issues.In two coats Supply and installation of Material Fiberglass Mesh Alkali-Resistant where is needed Final finish includes two coats of professional exterior paint for complete protection and aesthetic finish. Important Note: Roof inspection as been inspected And the roof is the cause and source of water infiltration into the apartment and should be assessed separately by client and/or building management. This terrace wall project addresses moisture issues from exterior wall sources and creates a comprehensive moisture barrier to protect the interior of the apartment from further damage through the walls but it will be not from the terrace and can be again the cause of a future infiltration Scraping of the existing wall fence along the terrace to prepare for tiles installation Cleaning and waterfproofing primary Installation and Supply of new waterproof fence tiles with premium waterproof adhesive and sealed joints using waterproof grout. Installation and supply of new waterproof floor tiles with premium waterproof adhesive and sealed joints using waterproof grout.
