Wedding Date | Sept 6th, 2024 Address | Our Home: Cidadelhe, Mesao Frio (40 min drive from Vila Real, 1hr15 drive from Porto) Scope | Catering and bartending services for approximately 68 people Food | We would love food that is inspired by traditional Portuguese favours, but creative and elevated Staff | We need staff for preparing and serving food and one bartender Arrival (16:30pm) Light bites for when guests arrive, charcuterie/ grazing board with cheese, meats, fruit, figs, grapes, dips, vegetables Main Meal (7:30pm) Perhaps a plated appetizer and the rest buffet or family style? (no soup) Options for vegetarians (no vegans or serious allergies) For proteins, perhaps roast lamb and a fish option? Salads Dessert Tower of nata (no cake) “Cheese” cake of stacked cheeses (we will organize) Late Night Some kind of food prepared that we can easily heat up and serve late at night to feed people after partying. Stephen mentioned something like Bifanas or a huge pan of mini francesinhas Drinks Three flavoured waters We will supply wine, beer, espumante and spirits (we are ordering directly from ones we like) We have lots of our own wine and would like make sangria with We would like two pre-mixed cocktails available Cocktail 1 - with whisky, lemon and ginger Cocktail 2 - vodka based Other Materials Dishes including plates, cutlery, wine glasses, etc We are also wondering if you have any recommendations on tables or chairs? We would also love to highlight the amazing produce we grow at the Quinta - we have lots of potatoes, onions, olive oil, rosemary, etc…
