Launch rates for remote work:
- Basic IT help for individuals: EUR 17/hour.
- Routine IT and network support for small businesses: EUR 25/hour.
- Server/cloud troubleshooting, CI/CD and scripting: EUR 38/hour.
Rates are indicative; scope, estimated time and total price, including any applicable VAT, are confirmed before work starts. Licences and cloud-provider charges are separate.

I check the current system before making changes, explain the plan, back up affected configurations where appropriate, and verify the result. Clear handover documentation is included. Portfolio diagrams marked SAMPLE PROJECT illustrate my approach and contain no confidential client data.
