Services offered by Evy’s Resident/ Pet Care & Wellness in Torres Novas

I offer a comprehensive Property & Personal Care service designed for (second) home owners and expats in Central Portugal. My services include:
Property Management & Key Holding: Regular house checks, humidity control, and garden/pool maintenance coordination while you are away.
Arrival & Guest Preparation: Making sure your home is 'guest-ready' with fresh linens, a stocked fridge, and a warm welcome.
Pet Support: Professional dog walking and pet sitting. I provide more than just a walking service; I offer attuned animal care based on years of experience with various breeds and species. My approach is rooted in a deep connection with nature and an intuitive understanding of animal behavior.
Specialized Dog Walking: From energetic German Shepherds to spirited Schipperkes and calm seniors. I adapt the pace and environment to the dog's specific needs.
In-Home Pet Sitting: Reliable care for cats, dogs, and small domestic animals in their own familiar environment.
Nature-Integrated Care: I prioritize walks in natural, calming environments that stimulate the animal’s senses and well-being."
Wellness & Assistance: Professional massage therapy and personal assistance for administrative or practical tasks

What sets my service apart is the combination of Dutch reliability and a deep personal connection to the Portuguese lifestyle.
Multilingual Communication: I bridge the gap between you and local providers by speaking Dutch, English, and 'a petit peu' French, while continuously improving my Portuguese.
The Nomad Advantage: Operating from my own mobile office (camper), I am flexible and can easily reach more remote locations in the Santarém/Torres Novas region.
A Holistic Approach: I don't just look after your house; I look after your well-being. Whether it's a technical check of your property or a relaxing massage upon your arrival, I provide a high-end, personalized experience that 'faceless' management companies cannot offer.
