A Márcia foi extremamente competente, facilitadora e prestativa. Esclareceu todas minhas dúvidas e me acompanhou durante todas as fases do processo do IRS, desde o preenchimento da declaração até que o reembolso fosse emitido. Tive algumas divergências devido à um erro do próprio serviço de finanças e a Márcia foi incansável e esteve pendente do início ao fim até que tudo fosse resolvido. Altamente recomendável!
