Contratei este profissional em março de 2026 para o projeto de arquitetura e especialidades de uma moradia, com prazos contratuais de 30 dias para cada fase. Cinco meses depois, o processo foi rejeitado pela Câmara Municipal por instrução deficiente. Tive de ser eu a verificar toda a documentação, e detetei que ficheiros já corretamente assinados pelos engenheiros me chegaram, através dele, sem assinatura digital e com páginas em falta. Elementos declarados por ele como entregues à Câmara não constavam da documentação. Os pedidos de correção ficaram sistematicamente sem resposta, mesmo com prazo legal improrrogável a decorrer. O valor foi integralmente pago. Não recomendo.
