Service Started Well, But Lacked Completion

We hired RN Piscinas for a one-time pool restoration. The pump was fixed and the water improved, but the pool floor was still dirty and had tadpoles, which we were told would clear on their own. At the time, we were also told that if it didn’t clear, a follow-up visit would be arranged. Later, we were told this wouldn’t be possible due to distance, which hadn’t been mentioned before. The price was also increased after the initial evaluation, but we agreed and made all payments promptly. While some parts of the work were done, the overall experience felt incomplete, and the follow-up support didn’t match what was discussed.
