Monte da Bela, 12/20, no Porto, fomos mandatados para recolher orçamentos para intervenção na fachada sul, devendo apresentar 3 possibilidades: 1. substituição da chapa existente, com seu prolongamento até ao chão; 2. impermeabilização de toda a fachada com a aplicação de uma tela; 3. aplicação de capoto em toda a fachada. Nos pontos 2 e 3 deverá ser considerada a remoção da chapa existente e o tratamento da fachada que poderá ser necessário. No ponto 3 deverá ser considerado isolamento de 4 centímetros, devendo apresentar valores igualmente para 6 e 8 centímetros.
