Zonas: patamar de tardoz e entrada pedonal da moradia. 2. Laje aligeirada – 3,80 m² Fornecimento e aplicação de vigotas pré-esforçadas e abobadilhas para as coberturas da casa dos lixos e dos armários técnicos. Condições da obra: - Não há espaço para armazenar materiais em obra. Agradeço que indiquem: - O preço por m² de cada trabalho, com material e mão de obra, sem IVA. - O que está incluído: preparação e compactação da base, cofragem, escoramento e betonagem. - O prazo de execução.
