Project detail

The event runs from 08:30 to around 17:00, but we do not need continuous full-day coverage. The main things we would like to capture are registration and arrivals, some speaker and panel moments, networking, lunch, a group photo, the general atmosphere, and a few short video clips that we can use afterwards.
