Pretendo remodelar um anexo da minha casa. É preciso abrir uma parede e colocar uma viga IPN para instalar uma porta envidraçada com 2 m de largura, nivelar o pavimento (betonilha de cimento), retirar e refazer o piso do primeiro andar, isolar o telhado e as paredes com lã de rocha e revesti-los com placas de gesso cartonado (tipo Pladur), instalar uma janela de telhado (tipo Velux) e construir uma escada para aceder ao primeiro andar (ainda não sei em que material: madeira, betão ou metal).
