No local já existe uma ruína, que será demolida para dar lugar à nova construção. O terreno tem acesso a água e eletricidade, e encontra-se numa zona com boas condições de acesso. A nova casa terá 2 pisos, sendo: Rés-do-chão: cerca de 42 m² interor + 7m² com paredes exteriores Sótão / segundo piso: 25 m² Agradeço orçamentos chave na mão (incluindo projeto, licenciamento, demolição da ruína e construção da nova casa). Localização: algoz, concelho de silves (Algarve). Se possível, gostaria de saber o preço total, por m² e o que está incluído (acabamentos, transporte, montagem, licenças, etc. ). Estou disponível para fornecer mais informações, plantas, fotografias, etc. caso sejam necessárias para a elaboração do orçamento. Obrigado.
