Isolamento reflectivo e/ou XPS/EPS. 2) Construção de chaminé em alvernaria com os remates e respectivo chapéu. 3) Caleira na parte de trás da casa e respectivos remates. 4) Extensão do telhado num pequeno telheiro (2m2) 5) Debaixo do telheiro construir com barrotes e chão deck (mesmos 2m2) com corrimão de madeira. Esse deck fica no cimo de uma escadas em pedra e provavelmente necessitará de um barrote de sustentação.
