Job description

I need a quote for an economy basement/storage room renovation in Caniço. The dimensions are approximately 35 square meters of floor space (roughly 9.5m x 3.5m, with a 2.2m ceiling height). Total wall and ceiling area to be treated is about 95 m².Scope of work required:Plastering (reboco) and painting (white anti-fungal paint) on all walls and the ceiling.Laying a cement floor screed (betonilha) to level the floor and prepare it for tiles.Installation labor for standard budget floor tiles. (I will purchase the tiles separately from Leroy Merlin/Maxmat, so please quote for labor and installation materials/glue only).Optional: Installation of a small PAX extractor fan (vent hole is already present / needs to be drilled — choose what applies to your space).Please provide a quote broken down by labor (mão-de-obra) and rough material costs.
