    Tenho uma jardineira interior embutida (caixa em chapa metálica, impermeabilizada com silicone e tinta, com escoamento ligado ao esgoto), com uma monstera e palmeiras grandes. Há meses que aparece água no chão junto à caixa, a sair por baixo dos azulejos, sobretudo quando a rega automática funciona. A impermeabilização atual falhou e quero refazê-la de raiz. Trabalho pretendido: Remover o silicone e a tinta antigos Refazer a impermeabilização com tela contínua (EPDM ou tanque em PP/HDPE soldado), sem juntas de silicone.
