Project Description
I need to repair an old structural schist wall in a house in Troviscal, Sertã. There is an opening/crack near one of the corners, with several loose stones. I want to dismantle only the unstable section and rebuild it in schist, reusing the existing stone. The main house is approximately 4 × 4 m with two low floors and two adjoining annexes of about 3 × 3 m and 5 × 2.5 m. The walls are old schist masonry and structural. I want two internal passages through the schist walls between the main house and annexes, including lintels and structural reinforcement. The roof is in very poor condition and will be replaced completely. I want the wall repair and opening/reinforcement of passages done before the new roof is installed. I can send photos and measurements. Please let me know if you do this work and an approximate price.
