What do you think might have led to the malfunction?

Fiquei sem eletricidade em casa, mas os vizinhos têm luz. Já desliguei e voltei a ligar os disjuntores. O diferencial, que tem o botão de teste “T” e um interruptor azul ON/OFF, está a disparar: quando o ponho em ON, volta imediatamente para OFF. Não consigo repor a eletricidade. Precisava que viesse verificar a instalação/quadro elétrico, por favor.
