Pretendo remodelar uma janela com as seguintes características: altura 1.90, largura 2,60. A janela é constituída no exterior por uma portada em alumínio, 4 portas de batente. No interior a janela é igualmente constituída por 4 portas de batente. Entre a portada e a janela existe um varandim com 87 cm de largura. No exterior, à volta da janela existe cantaria em granito. Pretendo diminuir o tamanho da janela em altura por uma estrutura em betão armado que suporte um aparelho de ar condicionado (aproximadamente 45Kg). Quanto à caixilharia, pretendo substituir todas por portas de correr (no exterior 4 portadas de alumínio, de correr, com lâminas oscilantes. No interior, pretendo igualmente colocar 4 janelas de alumínio, com vidro duplo, de correr.
