Olá! Eu e a minha namorada adquirimos uma moradia na zona de Famões/Odivelas em 2024, mas temos uma sub-cave em bruto que gostaríamos de remodelar para habitação, para aumentarmos a casa. Na zona inferior teria uma cozinha, despensa, sala de estar, sala de jantar, escritório, lavandaria e wc social. No piso RC seriam 2 quartos, wc e uma suíte e o acesso para o piso inferior. Teríamos também a construção de uma espécie de jardim de inverno para o piso inferior poder arejar.
