Project Description

Project description: I require a site inspection and a detailed quotation for repairing water damage in the basement of my house. The basement was affected by flooding caused by external drainage issues during heavy rainfall. As a result, the walls and flooring sustained water damage. The quotation should include: Inspection of the damaged areas; Repair and preparation of the affected walls; Repainting of the affected walls; Removal and replacement of the damaged flooring; Replacement of any damaged skirting boards or finishing materials, if necessary. Please provide an itemized quotation showing the work to be carried out and the cost of each item, as it may be submitted to my home insurance company as part of an insurance claim. A site visit before preparing the quotation is preferred. Descrição do projeto: Pretendo uma visita ao local e um orçamento detalhado para a reparação dos danos causados por infiltração/inundação na cave da minha habitação. A cave foi afetada por uma inundação provocada por problemas de drenagem exterior durante um período de chuva intensa, tendo resultado em danos nas paredes e no pavimento. O orçamento deverá incluir: Inspeção das zonas afetadas; Reparação e preparação das paredes danificadas; Pintura das paredes afetadas; Remoção e substituição do pavimento danificado; Substituição dos rodapés ou outros acabamentos danificados, caso seja necessário. Solicito um orçamento discriminado, indicando os trabalhos a realizar e o respetivo custo de cada item, uma vez que poderá ser apresentado à companhia de seguros no âmbito de um processo de sinistro. A realização de uma visita ao local antes da elaboração do orçamento é preferencial.
