Necessito de substituir o teto das varandas exteriores. Remoção do teto de pladur existente e colocação de perfis em PVC. O material de PVC será fornecido por mim. A área total para os tetos é cerca de 13m quadrados. Pretendo aproveitar a estrutura do pladur para fixar os novos perfis de PVC. Também será para impermeabilizar o pavimento das varandas que são em granito e têm uma área aproximada de 20m quadrados.
