Procuro profissional/empresa para executar uma laje de betão exterior com cerca de 70 m², numa zona que anteriormente era relvado. O terreno foi aterrado/elevado há alguns anos, cerca de 5 metros, e está contido por muro de gabião. A laje servirá posteriormente como base para instalação de deck de madeira. Pretendo uma solução bem executada, incluindo avaliação do terreno, remoção da camada vegetal se necessário, preparação e compactação da base, eventual camada de tout-venant/brita compactada, malha-sol ou reforço adequado, betonagem nivelada e pendente para drenagem de águas. É importante garantir que a laje fica estável, com boa drenagem, e que a solução é adequada para terreno aterrado junto a muro de gabião. Agradeço contacto para visita ao local e orçamento.
