The project includes the following: - Create landscaped side borders inside the existing hedge. - Plant ornamental shrubs within the side borders to add colour, texture, and year-round visual appeal (approximately 20–30 shrubs, depending on the final layout). - Install a small artificial grass area to create a soft, green space with minimal maintenance. - Construct a dedicated barbecue area with a comfortable outdoor lounge for entertaining family and guests. - Pave the remaining open space with durable cement pavers to provide clean walkways and a neat, low-maintenance finish. - Install solar-powered garden lights along the borders, pathways, and entertainment area to improve visibility and create an inviting atmosphere at night. The objective of Phase 1 is to create a modern, attractive outdoor living space that complements the existing hedge while providing a practical area for relaxation, entertaining, and everyday enjoyment.
