A casa tem uma cozinha e sala com 30m2 aproximado e mais 3 divisões com sótão com outros 38m2. Quero também adicionar uma janela até ao chão na sala numa ponta e na outra uma porta janela de vidro. No orçamento pedia que fosse descritivo, o mais breve possível e a rondar os 40.000€ para eu o entregar ao banco. Podemos também combinar uma visita ao imóvel.
