Project Overview: Full Interior Renovation - Baixa, Coimbra ​Location: Rua da Sofia, Baixa (Top Floor/Attic Apartment). Project Type: Comprehensive interior remodeling for investment/resale. ​Scope of Work: ​Electrical System: Complete installation from scratch (including a new electrical panel/quadro and certification). ​Plumbing & Sewage: Full replacement of all water and sewage pipes within the apartment, connecting to the building’s main stacks. ​Water Heating: Installation of a new water heating system (Gas heater/Esquentador or Electric boiler). ​HVAC: Installation of Air Conditioning units (Multi-split system) in the main rooms. ​Windows & Insulation: Replacement of all windows with high-efficiency frames (PVC/Thermal-break Aluminum) according to Baixa's heritage regulations. ​Flooring: Installation of new flooring throughout the apartment (Floating floor/Ceramic). ​Interior Walls & Layout: Closing/building a wall to create a private bedroom and full interior painting. ​Kitchen: Full renovation including cabinetry, countertops, and appliance integration. ​Bathroom: Complete remodeling including new sanitary ware, walk-in shower, and tiling.
