o principal problema é a humidade. nas paredes com face exterior, tenho humidade, manchas e algumas rachaduras na tinta. serão feitas obras exteriores no prédio mas queremos revestir também o interior. a outra questão é a humidade devido a obras anteriores mal feitas na casa de banho: as paredes do corredor e do quarto ao lado estão inchadas, e tambem o batente da porta da casa de banho. além disso, o poliban e a sanita não estão bem vedados
