Tenho uma casa antiga. Parte dela está enquadrada no decrete lei da construção antes de 7 de agosto de 1951. As restantes partes que foram reabilitadas ou acrescentadas (como por exemplo uma casa de banho que não existia na estrutura antiga). Tenho um oficio da câmara municipal de Lagoa - Algarve no sentido de proceder à legalização das alterações constadas. Esta é uma casa cuja parte principal tem mais de 100 anos.
