What do you think might have led to the malfunction?

Não é uma avaria física, mas sim um desequilíbrio de fases. Tenho contrato trifásico (6,9 kVA) e a luz vai abaixo sempre que ligo dois aparelhos potentes na mesma fase (ex: forno e máquina da loiça, ou dois aquecedores nos quartos). Pretendo converter a instalação interna para Monofásico para unificar a potência disponível.
