    Tenho um terreno relativamente pequeno no qual tenho uma arrecadação construída sem ligação de água, luz nem esgotos. Tenho ideia de demolir esta arrecadação e construir uma casa modular T2 com sala e cozinha juntas e uma casa de banho. Habitável para 1 casal e 1 filho. Estou totalmente fora deste assunto a nível de leis e burocracias e preciso de apoio nesse aspeto também.
