Bom dia, Estou a preparar o projeto de uma moradia térrea com cerca de 90 m², 3 quartos e 2 casas de banho, para construir em Pera Velha (Moimenta da Beira). Gostaria de saber se estão disponíveis para aceitar obras particulares no mes de abril maio de 2026 e se poderiam dar uma estimativa de custo por m² (chave na mão, sem móveis). A casa será em estrutura de betão, com isolamento térmico reforçado, salamandra com apoio a radiadores e painéis solares. O telhado de 2 aguas. Envio em anexo a planta da casa.
