Project Description
This is an existing workshop (to be transformed into three apartments), a single apartment to be expanded, and a carport to be converted into an office. We have plans and will need a consultant who assists us with permitting and minor civil engineering. The consultant should also be able to evaluate contractors, assist in evaluating material suppliers, advise on material purchases, and supervise construction works. Understanding of English is a must.
