Project Description
We have a 2000sq foot property that is a single storey with a flat roof. We require: A new roof material laid ontop of the current roof that is leaking. - There is no DPM and there is capilary action and there needs to be a tanking system installed across the entire ground floor. - The property is made from reinforced concrete and there are several large crack due to water ingress that has started to rust the rebar. We require a contractor to estimate on the total costs of repairs on this 2000qs ft property.
