Procuro pedreiro com experiência em obras gerais para trabalho por diária, com fatura. O material de construção (cimento, blocos, areia, etc.) será fornecido por mim. O profissional deverá trazer as suas ferramentas de trabalho (ex: betoneira, rebarbadora, talocha, etc.). Os trabalhos a realizar incluem: • Abrir uma área no logradouro para ligação ao ramal de saneamento (a confirmar no local); • Preparar e executar uma caixa para essa ligação; • Acimentar uma zona exterior (logradouro); • Eventualmente levantar pequeno muro (dependendo da avaliação no local). Como nem tudo está ainda 100% definido, pretendo alguém que me possa orientar no que for necessário, mas que trabalhe com base em diária (sem orçamentos fechados). 📍 Local da obra: São Félix da Marinha, Vila Nova de Gaia 💬 Peço que indiquem o valor da diária com fatura, e se o valor já inclui IVA.
