Boa tarde, Tive um problema de térmitas e disseram-me que era necessário substituir todo o chão, quando na verdade não era necessário. Substituí o chão de madeira por placa marítima+flutuante e o trabalho ficou mal feito (o chão faz barulho por todo o lado, danificaram os rodapés, cortaram mal várias peças de flutuante, etc). Também coloquei vinil na casa de banho, também mal feito. Preciso que um carpinteiro venha a minha casa para fazer uma avaliação do que é necessário fazer para resolver todos os problemas do trabalho mal feito. Preciso de um orçamento detalhado com todos os pormenores (materiais, horas de trabalho, etc). E preciso também que seja emitida uma fatura no momento do pagamento.
