Tenho 2 situações, um pavimento em madeira ao pé de uma portada que liga à varanda está a ficar apodrecida (julgo que entra humidade pela pedra que serve de base à portada da varanda, pois encontra-se rachada. A segunda situação é o patamar de uma escada que tem que ser substituído/reparado, pois já é muito antigo e até do ponto de vista de segurança parece estar a ficar perigoso. Posso fazer vídeos de ambas as situações para mostrar, ou podemos combinar ver pessoalmente para orçamentar.
