Venho solicitar uma proposta de orçamento. Gostaria de saber se têm a disponibilidade para na Maia, mais especificamente no código postal 4475-463. Detalhes: Terreno de 200m2 (8m*25m; 8m de frente), implantação 100 m2, construção total 200m2 por 2 pisos, 2 frentes. Sala e cozinha em open space, garagem 1 carro e uma casa de banho de serviço no rés-do-chão; duas suites e um escritório pequeno no primeiro piso. A construção deve seguir o exemplo das outras casas na rua (fotos anexadas). Desenho e materiais simples. Pretendo iniciar construção em 2025. Neste momento, encontro-me também no processo de selecção de arquitecto. Se precisar de mais alguma informação por favor disponha.
