Preciso de orçamento rápido e barato para as especialidades desta moradia Res do chão bi-familiar com 2x150 m2. O + simples possível, quero é que a câmara do cadaval aprove e mais nada. Prescindo do gás. Como a potência eletrica é baixa, também dispenso o projecto electrico, pois eu estou inscrito na OE e faço uma ficha electrotecnica. Consta-me que o AVAC é dispensável, mas a ventilação é obrigatória, mas que pode ser incluida no termico. Reparem que são duas moradias R/C simétricas.
