Hello, I recently acquired a property in Castelo Novo and would like to carry out the following works: 1. I would like to extend my property on the ground and first floors by approximately 10m2. Please can you give me a rough idea of the cost as we have a small budget. 2. We would also look to raise the roof to make the roof space habitable as part of a phase two project. Is this something your company could help with? Could you give me a rough estimate of the cost per M2 for the extension work? As I only have a small budget. Thanks
