substituir sala por suite (dividir a sala em 2 ) subir o piso para ficar ao mesmo nível da restante casa, levantar um pouco o telhado, colocar isolamento nas paredes abrir uma janela igual á existente, colocar placa debetão e tijolo no teto em vez da actual, em madeira e barrotes. fazer o wc (já existe uma torneira na sala)
