Ficou de nos ligar a dar orçamento para o que nao estava estragado e ficou estragado depois da intervenção tecnica. Após varios contactos nao atendeu, nao respondeu as mensagens Vi me obrigada a contactar a Bosh que telefonicamente fez o diagnóstico O tecnico tombou a maquina e nao verificou se havia água na gaveta filtro etc. A água passou.para os componentes e a maquina activou o modo segurança deixando de trabalhar. Por este motivo nao posso dizer que esteja satisfeita . Pq resolveu me 1 problema e arranjou me outro O maior problema foi a comunicação Após o sucedido . Porque o senhor apenas cobrou a deslocação após o sucedido.”
