Mama Mundo provides compassionate, practical and evidence-based postpartum support for families during the early weeks and months after birth. I offer in-home and online support, including newborn care and feeding guidance, emotional and birth debriefing support, baby massage, postpartum recovery support, light household help, and support for partners and older siblings. I also help families find trusted local resources and professionals when additional support is needed.

As an international mother myself, I understand how challenging it can be to navigate pregnancy, birth and early parenthood away from family and familiar support systems. I speak Dutch, English, German and Portuguese, and I have a particular understanding of the needs of international and multicultural families settling into life in Portugal.

My approach is calm, non-judgmental and personalised. I provide evidence-based information without imposing a particular way of parenting, empowering parents to make their own informed choices. My goal is to help families feel less overwhelmed, more confident and genuinely supported as they find their own rhythm with their new baby.
