I have extensive knowledge about different construction
materials including new technology and eco friendly
solutions like: ICF systems, system 3E blocks, hemp
bricks, hemp mortars and plasters - hempcrete, recycled
eco-plywood from plastic, bio concrete pavers, steel and
more.
I created supply chain in United Kingdom, Germany, Italy
and specially in Portugal where I made projects in many
different locations including Braga, Guarda, Covilha, Aveiro,
Evora, Aljezur, Portimão and more. Im within
communication with European suppliers recommended by
American Ludowici ceramic tiles factory.
I do house plans for my projects which could reduce the
budget for licensed architect providing already layout of the
house, plumbing and electrical systems.
I make plans of the build in detailed week by week
descriptions.
I do estimate on materials, tools, heavy machinery rental
and other people required on site.
I mean other than me. As I execute work myself.

I do structural work including:
⁃ Concrete foundation, floors, pillars, beams
⁃ Stone masonry and brick layering
I do water management including:
⁃ french drainages(inside and outside of the house), rain
gutters (inside the walls) and previous concrete
I do roofing:
the biggest roofing project I did was 160sq.m. full roof
restoration including:
⁃ rebuilding the walls, ring beam, construction of the rain
gutters (inside the walls) with bitumen and sikka
membranes and fiberglass finish. Also new wooden
structure, eco-ply sheeting, waterproof membrane and
ceramic tiles.
