Hi, I need to repair an old structural schist wall in a house in Troviscal, Sertã. There is an opening/crack near one of the corners, with several loose stones. I would like to dismantle only the unstable section and rebuild it in schist, reusing the existing stone. The main house is approximately 4 × 4 m and has two low floors. There are two adjoining annexes, one approximately 3 × 3 m and the other around 5 × 2.5 m. The walls are old schist masonry and are structural. I would also like to create two internal passages through the schist walls between the main house and the two existing annexes, including the necessary lintels and any structural reinforcement required. The existing roof is in very poor condition and will be completely replaced. If possible, I would like to carry out the wall repair and the opening/reinforcement of the two passages first, so that the walls are repaired, prepared and stabilised before the new roof is installed. I can send photographs and more detailed measurements. Please let me know whether you carry out this type of work and, approximately, what the price would be for completing all of these works together. Please find few referece photos in attached files.
