Hello, I’ve been struggling with acne for quite a while, but in the past six months it has noticeably worsened. Over the last couple of months, I’ve had constant inflammation, especially on both cheeks next to the nose and a bit on the chin. I follow a fairly serious skincare routine: I use a cleanser, toner, and apply Effaclar Duo M two to three times a day. Unfortunately, this hasn’t helped much so far. I eat a vegan diet — no dairy, very low sugar, generally clean — and two weeks ago I started taking zinc and B12 supplements. Still, my skin keeps getting worse. I would really appreciate a professional evaluation and guidance. Thank you in advance.
