Dentro deste espaço existe uma casa antiga, anterior a 1951, com cerca de 200 m2. O resto do terreno, cerca de 4800 m2 são: "Espaço Agrícola". Gostaria de renovar o imóvel e aproveitar o espaço para glamping e zona agrícola com plantação. O objetivo é desenvolver uma unidade turística de valor acrescentado.
